With a background in human factors engineering and UX design, I craft digital experiences that feel intuitive, seamless, and deeply engaging. I work at the intersection of technology, user psychology, and emerging AI workflows, helping startups and established brands transform interactions into meaningful connections.

My practice combines strategic design thinking with hands-on use of AI tools including Claude Code, MCP integrations with Figma, Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT. I use these tools to accelerate user research, support synthesis, explore behavioural patterns, and strengthen design decision-making.

I have also created custom Gemini Gems to support the selection of user research methodologies based on cultural, behavioural, and audience-specific factors. This allows me to tailor research approaches more precisely, ensuring that insights are grounded in the context of the people and groups being designed for.
